Recovery of Costs:- We professionally cost and prepare quality bills that fully reflect the work you have done. We will, with prior authority, carry out all the necessary negotiations with insurers, solicitors or cost firms on your behalf.
Adverse costs:- We fully assess your costs liability, and advise on appropriate offers. We draft Points Of Dispute and all necessary court documents. We undertake all negotiations, pursuing matters to Detailed Assessment if required.

If a settlement cannot be achieved, we will vigorously pursue the matter at Court.
All assessment hearings are undertaken by members of our staff, who are able to draw upon many years of experience in court.
