Crown Costs Consultants has now been established since March 2005 and has been continuing to grow in both size and experience. Crown Costs Consultants retain 14 Consultants, of which 8 are Costs Lawyers and 9 have in excess of 12 years experience within the costs industry.

We cater to the business needs of our clients and provide a modern, comprehensive and professional service. Since its inception, the Company has continued to expand and develop its practice.

Mark Byrne

Mark is a Costs Lawyer with over 17 years experience. He is a well regarded Advocate and is a Panel Advocate for a number of Firms. He has also worked as Advisor to the Treasury Solicitor. Mark has been involved in many notable costs cases, including more recently the case of Roach –v- Home Office [2009] EWHC 312 QB

David Arnot

Dave is a Costs Lawyer and was formerly Head of Costs in a high volume Insurance West End law Firm and has worked within the industry for over 15 years. Dave has been involved in a number of high profile matters and is the Head of the Claimant Department

Edward O’Neill

Ed is a Costs Lawyer and spent many years at the Treasury Solicitor's Department where he was involved in many high profile costs decisions (including Lownds –v- Home Office [2002] EWCA CIV 365), and in Consultation papers, relating to Costs, for the Attorney General and the Treasury Solicitors. Ed was also the Training & Technical Officer for their Costs Team. Ed has 12 years experience.

Ms. Victoria Morrison-Hughes

Victoria is a Costs Lawyer. Victoria is the connection with the North of England where she is well regarded and respected. Victoria was previously the Head of Costs at Donn's Solicitors dealing with various types of complex litigation before branching out on her own and founding Kings Legal Costs. In 2009 Kings merged with Crown enabling wider and more efficient national coverage.
